-

- I need help planning my design. Can you help?

-

Yes, the best way for us to help is to see the walls, windows and/or doors you are considering improving. Email us pictures of these areas and we would love to offer our suggestions for designs and placement. We can also help you with specifics like measuring and cutting.

- I'm moving, can I take my Flex Trim with me?
-

We don't recommend it because Flex Trim is really intended to be an upgrade for your home and permanently affixed; however, if you do choose to remove it, we recommend using a putty knife to help peel it off the wall. Just like other products with adhesive (ie. wallpaper, stickers), removing Flex Trim could leave residue, remove top surface or damage walls.

- The trim in my house is painted dark brown, can I paint Flex Trim?
-

Of course! Flex Trim is paintable with an Interior Acrylic Latex Paint found at any home improvement or paint store.

- I misplaced my adhesive - is there a substitute?
-

There are many liquid adhesives found at home improvement stores that will permanently attach Flex Trim to surfaces. However, replacement adhesive is readily available by sending $3 payable to Bella Ornamental, LLC, P.O. Box 200988, Cartersville, GA 30120. Simply tell us what Flex Trim item you need adhesive for and we will ship it ASAP.

- My Flex Trim adhesive won't stick to my wall.
-

Your wall surface must be clean of dirt, grease or oil before application. Flex Trim sticks easily to most surfaces from dry wall to glossy paint. If you need replacement adhesive, contact us via email: info@bellaornamental.com.

- I want to create an unusual shape with the panel moulding.
How do I cut the edges to match?

-

Even though there are plenty of mitering or measuring tools available, you can simply use a compass to measure the angle and make the marks on your pieces for cutting. The soft material is so forgiving, it is easy to shave off or trim any bad cuts and it easily squishes up to the end of another piece. Flex Trim is so soft, you can use a sharp butcher knife to cut it or a utility knife.

- I want to frame some mirrors in my house. Can I use Flex Trim?
-

Yes! Flex Trim sticks to glass.

- I love my Flex Trim in my house over my doors and windows. Can I put Flex Trim on the outside of my house?
-

Flex Trim was created for interior use only.
