All Bella Ornamental, LLC products are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. To request repair or replacement, consumer should submit the defective product along with a dated sales receipt, freight prepaid to the manufacturer. Once received, the company will either repair or replace the defective product at no charge and return the item, freight prepaid to the original purchaser. These products are for interior decorative use only. Products are not fire retardant; keep away from open flame. The manufacturer does not warrant that their products are appropriate for all possible end uses. The manufacturer will not be responsible for damages from mold and mildew where moisture penetrates due to poor building techniques or unusual indoor humidity. Over time, adhesive may deteriorate; however, the product will not. Additional adhesive may be needed to reapply. Due to adhesive, surfaces could be damaged if product is removed.
